To preach the Bible clearly and honestly to minister the engrafted Word to your life.

To pray faithfully and persistently for the growth, saftey, and health of Highlands Baptist Church.

To love and care for the people of Highlands with compassionate and tender care.

To point other to Christ. For Christ alone is the answer to every problem, hurt, and need in a life.

To spread the Gospel of Christ to our church and community. The Gospel changes lives because it is the power of God unto salvation.

To live and lead others by demonstrating a pure and upright example in personal lifestyle.

To counsel biblically with the Word of God as our light and source of God's will and plan.

In the inspiration and the infallibility of the Bible

In the Trinity: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

In the deity and virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ

In the sinful, human nature of man

In the forgiveness of sins only by the Blood of Christ

In salvation by grace through faith

In the convicting, comforting, and guiding power of the Holy Spirit

In the imminent, pretribulational return of Christ

We believe in the new birth, which is manifested by living in obedience to the Word of God. We believe God gives us His strength through the Holy Spirit, enabling us to live a pure and abundant life as a Christian.
